Show
- How long is the show, is there an interval?
The show is approximately 90 minutes, including an interval.
- I want to bring my whole family, is Tweedy’s Massive Circus suitable for all ages?
Yes! The show is suitable for everyone from 3-103.
- Is seating allocated?
Seating is allocated on arrival within your chosen price band. If you are coming as a group we recommend arriving early to ensure you can sit together.
- Can I bring my assistance dog into the circus tent?
Yes, assistance dogs are welcome in the circus tent. Please note this is a loud environment. If you have any accessibility questions and would like to contact a member of staff please contact the Box Office team at boxoffice@underbelly.co.uk.
- Can I take photos during the show?
Yes, we love people taking photographs and short film clips of the show. We just ask that there be no flash photography.
- What happens if I arrive late to the show?
You can still enter the tent if you arrive late for the show. Please find a member of the Front of House team and they will be able to help you find your seats.
Ticketing
- How can you assist with my access requirements?
If a customer requires the assistance of a personal assistant or a carer to attend, the companion is eligible for a complimentary personal assistant ticket.
Free companion tickets can be booked by email or over the phone. Please contact the Box Office ahead of your visit if you have any additional access requirements.
There are two spaces in the ringside seats for wheelchair users, with adjacent seats for companions.

- Can I refund or exchange my ticket?
Tickets cannot be cancelled, or money refunded but tickets may be exchanged at the discretion of the box office.
Tickets may only be exchanged to a future date of the same performance; it is not possible to exchange for a different event. If there is no future performances, then in Underbelly’s sole discretion, we may offer a credit note for future Underbelly shows.
An exchange cannot be issued if the original tickets are for a past date. All exchanges must be confirmed no later than 48 hours before the original date.
An exchange is only confirmed once you receive an email confirmation for the new date.
- Is there group discounts available ?
If you wish to make a booking larger than 20 people send us an email and we can discuss our groups options.
- Why do prices vary depending on the day I come?
We operate peak and non peak pricing therefore ticket prices vary weekdays and weekends.
- Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes! If you’d like to purchase a gift voucher please call us on 0131 510 0395.

- Is there parking?
All of our sites offer free parking for visitors. We can also provide Blue Badge parking spaces closer to the site where needed. To help our on the ground team prepare, please let us know in advance of your visit if you require a Blue Badge space by emailing boxoffice@underbelly.co.uk.
- Can I use cash on site?
All our sites are now cashless and we accept card only.
- How do I locate lost property?
